Robert Anderson
is the owner/photographer of ANDERSON PHOTOGRAPHICS. Rob has been an active photographer since 1976, spending years taking courses in the art and technique of photography, and of course, taking many photos. He began as a nature/landscape photographer who, after earning his degree in Environmental Studies, matured into a wedding/portrait and commercial artist. He still shoots landscapes for recreation. His photographs are on display in his gallery, which is shared with his studio/office.

Mr. Anderson is a self-proclaimed perfectionist and offers all his customers a satisfaction guarantee. This makes it easy for first-time customers to experience the difference that his photography studio provides. He believes it is essential to educate his customers about the skills, equipment and the portrait session experience that differentiates his studio from a chain photography studio. The chain studio photographer cannot travel, but Rob can create, on location, portraits on the beach, at the soccer field, in the woods, or at the family reunion, for example. He loves working with natural light and knows the perfect location and the exact time of day for the best light for any given day of the year. This allows him unlimited flexibility in his creative options.

Being well-versed in both natural and artificial lighting allows Rob to concentrate on the feeling and not just the pose. This is particularly true at weddings. His customers regularly proclaim that his photographs are alive with feeling. Rob does what he loves, and loves what he does.
